There will be intermittent use of the freight elevator and noise disruptions in the surrounding areas while the demolition and renovations are in progress.

Work will continue Monday - Friday from 6:00AM-3:00PM through February 1, 2025.

Park Avenue

An outside contractor has scheduled a 24/7 full road closure of Park Avenue from Monday, 12/23/24, at 5AM to Friday, 1/10/24, at 5PM to repave the asphalt on Park Avenue. Please be aware that Park Avenue will be completely closed between Speedway and 2nd Avenue. A traffic control plan of the closure is attached for reference. Access to the Aspire/Parker parking garages will be maintained from Tyndall/1st Avenue.
