South Stadium Rowhouses

Description

This College of Architecture, Planning & Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) student design-build project is providing new faculty/staff temporary housing. Five rowhouses are located along Seventh Street, adjacent to the South Stadium Parking Garage.

Status

Construction is near completion on the fifth/final rowhouse, pending driveway curb installation and final electrical hook-up to TEP transformer.
