College of Law, Class Lab 118, 126 and 146 Renovation

Description

In order to improve the Trial Advocacy learning experience, the College of Law will be renovating Class Labs 118, 126 and 146 for a large Mock Courtroom and Appellate Courtroom.

Status

Structural modifications are completed including footings, columns, and fireproofing in the basement; and columns, the beam, and fireproofing on the first floor. Shoring has been completely removed on all three levels. Architectural, mechanical and electrical work is in progress. Metal stud walls and insulation are nearing completion and drywall has started. Long lead items are ordered. Submittal review and furniture procurement are in progress.
